great stay but some hiccups

The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean. The staff was attentive, swiftly addressing any concerns we had upon arrival. The array of vegetarian options at each meal ensured that our family member was well catered for, enhancing our dining experience. We enjoyed the beachfront garden view, a lovely spot to unwind and soak in the beauty.

One issue we faced was the slightly limited beach access during peak times.

The resort had a refreshing cooled pool. Awesome diving experiences organized , which we loved! Staying in the superior room with ocean views was unreal!

The meals were very good with a large variety of dishes. There were shows and music during dinner for entertainment. The clean rooms had great views. Aqua fitness sessions were a highlight. The coconut demonstrations were informative. 🌴

The cuisine impressed with an array of dishes, notably the gyu-don, which became an instant favorite. The vibrant entertainment during dinner added a delightful touch to the evenings, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. the elevated paths to some bungalows made it challenging with mobility issues, and the variety of outdoor seating options could be improved to accommodate more guests. while the beach setting was stunning, access could feel limited at peak times due to the crowding of loungers.

Rooms were clean, but the balcony door locked me out for an hour.

the resort is so beautiful, like right on the beach with lush gardens and a great pool! every meal was super tasty, i couldn't get enough. staff were super friendly and helped with everything. plus, the beach is nice and clean, just perfect for chillin.

The food was absolutely amazing, especially the local options and themed buffets! 😍 My only issue was that the wifi connection was a bit shaky. a great relaxing stay!

great base for exploring nearby attractions and nature

The resort offers peaceful surroundings with beautiful gardens and a clean beach, making it a perfect spot for strolling around and really connecting with nature. with interesting nearby spots like Kiwengwa Pongwe Forest almost 4 km away and Kiwengwa Caves just under 3 km from the hotel, there is so much to see while taking leisurely walks.

The spacious club room had a gorgeous view of the ocean and was thoughtfully designed with ample wardrobe space and a big safe. The variety of culinary options at the buffet was impressive each night, featuring themed cuisine that showcased local flavors with unforgettable desserts from the coffee shop.

Immediately upon arrival, I experienced significant inconvenience when the balcony door locked behind me, leaving me trapped for almost an hour. I found the lack of child-size life vests at the sports center to be a glaring oversight, and some of the evening entertainment bands didn’t elevate the atmosphere, leaving much to be desired.
